To Our Valued Customers:

            In light of the current worldwide health crisis, we want to assure you that PANCO is operating at full capacity to serve your needs for heating oil, diesel fuel, gasoline and propane gas.

We believe we are part of an “essential industry”, and we have taken the proper steps to ensure our supplies of fuel are plentiful. We intend to fulfill our duty to our customers to keep you safe and comfortable during this very trying time.

We do, however, ask for your help in keeping yourself and our employees’ safe. While our offices in Stony Point and Pine Island remain open, please limit your physical visits to either office, and instead drop off payments in our drop box located outside either office or, mail payments directly to  P O Box 659 Stony Point, NY 10980 or P O Box 417 Pine Island, NY 10969. As always, we will still be accepting payment over the phone using I-check, credit and debit cards or online using Paypal.

             Emergency service is available; however, we are suspending regular routine maintenance such as annual service and cleaning for 1 month until April 20, 2020. When you call in for service you will be asked if anyone in your household is sick or quarantined. We may refuse service in these instances.

            Rest assured, we will get through this crisis together. In our 113 years in business, we have seen our fair share of disruptions. We intend to be here, as we always have, supporting the comfort of our customers, their families, and our community through this crisis as well.
